The African American Rodeo Group, Inc., is dedicated to creating interest in and awareness of animal husbandry, veterinary science, rodeoing as a sport, profession, and family entertainment. The proceeds from the rodeo will go to our scholarship fund for youth majoring in a related field of study in a State of New Mexico college. Some funds will also be used to establish an equestrian group that will include youth and adults to become involved with animal care year round, learn to ride horses, participate in parades, blacksmithing, roping, ranching and other related areas of interest.
There are several categories of membership to chose from with benefits to support our rodeo group.
Benefits of Membership (for all membership levels)

- Priority to be in the AARG Equestrian Group

Associate (Child/Student/Senior 55+)
- 25% Discount on additional 2008 AARG Inaugural Rodeo T-shirts
Associate (Family/Military Family)
- May include 2 adults & 2 children OR 1 adult and 3 children
- Free admission to all AARG sponsored events
- 25% Discount on additional 2008 AARG Inaugural Rodeo T-shirts
*Any member that is the owner of a business is eligible for a 10% discount on advertising in the rodeo souvenir booklet, the AARG website, and the New Breed Newsletter. (Discount excludes set-up and graphic design fees)
